Japan Society for their Earthquake Relief Fund

On March 12, 2011, Japan Society created the Japan Earthquake Relief Fund, a disaster relief fund to aid victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake. One hundred percent of contributions go to organizations that directly help victims of the March 11th disaster. As of this writing, The Japan Society Earthquake Relief Fund has earmarked $5.5 million to 13 nonprofit organizations in Japan on the front lines of relief, recovery and reconstruction  in Tohoku.
